Cuban natives right now are not really worried about this crap, they want to leave because is the only way to help families survive this days, they come here and work their asses off to feed a son, daughter, mother, father, grandparent or cousin in Cuba, is now a survival mechanism not much about government differences, certainly a difference since I left the island 39 years ago, we left because of political issues and the communist ideals of a dictator that only thought of himself. Now I visited the island since 1973, or better said visited Habana and found a new generation that really does not give a “S” about the communist peace of crap government , but a cuban that want’s what the world has, freedom to breath and live and survive in any way shape of form, they will go anywhere in the world, many already have and many will in the month’s to come, we are a different race ,a combination of many cultures, all hard working and intelligent, not afraid of anything or anyone, born to survive! The more Cubans travel to Cuba the less the communist garbage in the island can survive, is all about why can they and I can’t, we do have fish in the water you know!

There are other scenarios which are driving the ultras in Miami nuts.

They seem convinced that compassionate leaves for Rene and Alan are one way tickets that lay the groundwork for a post-election release of the remaining four–or maybe a trade for Cubans convicted of violent crimes whom the dissidents describe as political prisoners.

In any case it gives both government’s a way to resolve in a humanitarian manner immediate problems that are obstructing other bilateral issues..

I have been told, and don’t know what lawyers would say, that Rene qualified for probation only because he was a US citizen. Therefore he can’t turn around and ask to be treated as a foreigner and expelled.

It is always difficult to know where Yoani’s inventions originate. There are hundreds of translations of her simple musing into English, but not a one of them are signed. The assumption is they come out of the USIS in Havana or from the NSA in Maryland or from the CIA linguist. “It’s hard to tell where the invention originated though, since both Bloomberg and Reuters used the same “mistranslation” – nearly word for word.” In Yoani’s book of blogs, she leaves out the questions and answers she supposedly sent to Obama through friends because she knows they show the questions and answers were written in the USIS in Cuba. You are trying to get real information out about the fraud Yoani, and you are doing a good job.
